Aberystwyth v The New Saints | Friday – 19:45

The New Saints are determined to bring the title back to Park Hall, and after winning their opening seven fixtures without conceding a single goal, Scott Ruscoe’s side are certainly on the right track.

Aberystwyth have only won one of their last 30 games against the Saints, and after conceding five against Bala last week, it’s going to be a tough test for Gavin Allen’s men this Friday.

TNS have kept seven consecutive clean sheets in the league for the first time in 13 years and seeing as the Oswestry outfit scored 10 goals on their last visit to Park Hall (Aber 1-10 TNS), the Seasiders will have to be on top of their game if they are to avoid another miserable evening.

Cefn Druids v Pen-y-bont | Saturday – 14:30

Bruno Lopes breathed a sigh of relief last Friday as he finally tasted victory with his Druids side against Caernarfon.

Pen-y-bont wil be looking to bounce back after a 4-0 defeat against TNS, but Rhys Griffiths’ side remain in the Top Six and a win on Saturday could set them up as real contenders to secure a top half finish.

Pen-y-bont were the eventual winners in the last meeting – Kane Owen scoring a late free kick to secure the three points in a tightly fought match at The Rock in January (Cefn 2-3 Pen).

Haverfordwest v Caernarfon | Saturday – 14:30

The Bluebirds will relish the opportunity to leap-frog above Caernarfon, with the chance of sneaking into the Top Six.

Haverfordwest haven’t finished higher than 12th place in the top flight since finishing 7th in 2008/09 when there were 18 teams in the league.

This will be the first meeting between the clubs since 2009, and Haverfordwest haven’t lost any of their last 14 matches against the Cofis (since Feb 2002).

Cardiff Met v Flint Town | Saturday – 14:30

A big battle at the bottom of the table between two sides who have lost their last four games and have struggled to score this season (5 goals each).

After beating Aberystwyth on the opening weekend the students have gone seven games without a win and have dropped into the relegation zone.

This will be the first ever meeting between the clubs and will be the first time that Flint have had to travel to south Wales for a football match since February 2013, when the Silkmen beat Caerau Ely in the Welsh Cup.

Newtown v Bala Town | Saturday – 14:30

Newtown have had a miserable start to the season, winning only one of their opening eight matches.

Bala Town will be full of confidence after scoring nine goals in their last two games with talisman Chris Venables netting five of those.

The Lakesiders have had the best of Newtown lately, winning 5 out of 7 against Chris Hughes’ Robins (drawn 1, lost 1).

Barry Town v Connah’s Quay | Saturday – 17:15 (S4C)

Connah’s Quay will still be hurting after their 1-0 defeat to the Saints on Tuesday night and have therefore lost their spot at the summit.

Barry will also want to put things right after a 4-0 thumping at Bala Town on Wednesday.

The Nomads haven’t lost any of their last six games against Barry Town, winning the last three without conceding a goal.
