This Bank Holiday Monday, several derby matches will take place across the country in the Cymru Premier.
Barry Town United sit at the top of the table after winning all five of their opening fixtures this season, while five teams are still waiting for their first victory.
Two of those clubs at the bottom of the league are Haverfordwest County and Trefelin, with the two sides meeting in a crucial clash at Bridge Meadow.
Caernarfon Town and The New Saints have both won four of their five games to date, which sets up a tasty encounter between the sides at The Oval.

Airbus UK (11th) v Holywell Town (16th) | Monday – 14:30
A Flintshire derby will take place at the Airfield as two of the newcomers go head-to-head.
Airbus finished one place above Holywell Town at the end of last season, with 15 more points than their neighbours, and there is once again a significant gap between the teams this year, with Airbus winning two of their five games while Holywell Town remain empty handed at the bottom of the table.
Holywell Town have the worst defensive record in the league, conceding four goals per game, and the visitors will have to try to stop the Airbus captain from firing from distance, as Jordan Evans has scored two superb strikes from outside the box over the past fortnight.
Airbus have lost just one of their last seven encounters against Holywell Town (four wins, two draws), while in October 2024 George Peers scored four goals in a superb 8-3 victory for the Broughton bunch.

Cambrian United (8th) v Pen-y-bont (6th) | Monday – 14:30
It was a disappointing result for Pen-y-bont on Friday night as the Blues conceded late against Flint Town United, who had lost all of their games before picking up a point at the Dragonbet Stadium (Pen 1-1 FTU).
Nevertheless, Pen-y-bont remain unbeaten, but Rhys Griffiths will expect an immediate response from his squad if they are to challenge near the top of the table this season.
Cambrian United have made a solid start to their first campaign in the top flight after winning two of their five games so far (vs Haverfordwest and Flint).
The clubs have met twice in the past, in the third round of the Welsh Cup in 2021 and 2025, with Pen-y-bont winning 1-3 away from home on both occasions. James Crole scored a hat-trick in their most recent victory in November 2025.

Haverfordwest County (15th) v Trefelin (14th) | Monday – 14:30
One of the biggest games of the weekend will be held at the Bridge Meadow between two teams that have struggled during August.
Haverfordwest County’s results have surprised everyone for all the wrong reasons, with the Bluebirds still without a point and yet to score a single goal after five games.
Things have not been much better for Trefelin, with the southern champions securing just one point from a possible 15 which came via a dramatic late equaliser against nine-man Ammanford on Friday night (Tfl 1-1 Aman) – their only goal so far.
This will be the first-ever meeting between the two clubs, and both teams will be determined to secure their first victory in this compelling six-pointer at the bottom of the table.

Briton Ferry Llansawel (9th) v Barry Town United (1st) | Monday – 14:30
Barry Town United are leading the pack after five victories at the start of the season, which is a remarkable record considering how many of their key players they lost over the summer.
However, Steve Jenkins will be keen to keep his feet on the ground, as Barry are the only team in the league yet to face any of the clubs that finished in the Top Six last season.
Briton Ferry Llansawel sit in mid-table, and goals have been hard to come by for Andy Dyer’s side in their opening five games, with only Haverfordwest County (0) and Trefelin (1) scoring fewer than Briton Ferry Llansawel (4).
Although Barry finished five places higher than Briton Ferry last season, the Reds won both of their games against the Dragons.

Ammanford (12th) v Cardiff Met (7th) | Monday – 14:30
Ammanford are still waiting for their first victory in the top flight after conceding late in a frustrating game at Trefelin on Friday night (Tfl 1-1 Aman).
Ammanford finished the game with just nine men on the pitch after Euros Griffiths and Callum Thomas were shown red cards for raising their arms towards the faces of their opponents, and manager Wyn Thomas will have to cope without the two players while they serve their suspensions.
Cardiff Met will be looking to climb back into the Top Six after a comfortable victory against Briton Ferry Llansawel on Friday night, with Jasper Payne on the scoresheet once again – scoring his fifth goal in five games.
Cardiff Met have won all three of their previous meetings with Ammanford, with Sam Jones scoring twice for the students in their most recent victory in the Nathaniel MG Cup in October 2022 (Aman 0-3 Met).

Flint Town United (13th) v Connah’s Quay (3rd) | Monday – 14:30
There was relief for Lee Fowler on Friday night as Flint Town United secured their first point of the season thanks to Lassana Mendes’ first goal for the Silkmen (Pen 1-1 FTU).
Connah’s Quay have climbed to third place after an excellent run of four consecutive victories.
The Nomads are the league’s top scorers (15 goals), with the attacking trio of Hussein Mehasseb (4 goals, 1 assist), Callum West (2 goals, 5 assists) and Harry Franklin (3 goals, 1 assist) proving particularly productive so far.
Connah’s Quay have won six of their last seven meetings with Flint Town United, including a remarkable 7-2 thrashing at Cae y Castell on Boxing Day 2024.

With four victories from their five games this season, it has been a solid start to the campaign for the Canaries.
Zack Clarke scored a hat-trick at Holywell on Friday night to move to the top of the goalscoring charts, taking his tally to seven goals in five games.
After a relatively quiet start in their opening three outings, the Saints have found their scoring boots, netting five goals in each of their last two games (Met 0-5 TNS, TNS 5-1 Bay).
The New Saints have won their last eight games against Caernarfon Town, with 11 different players scoring for the Saints against the Cofis last season, including Adrian Cieslewicz, who has now joined the Canaries.

Colwyn Bay (10th) v Llandudno (4th) | Monday – 17:15 (Live online)
The Conwy derby will be live on Sgorio on Monday afternoon as Llandudno look to continue their excellent start to the season.
Llandudno beat Haverfordwest County 2-0 on Friday night to make it 23 consecutive home victories for Jordan Hadaway’s side.
Colwyn Bay also have a perfect home record this season after beating Trefelin and Airbus at Llanelian Road without conceding a goal.
Colwyn Bay are unbeaten in their last four meetings with Llandudno (one win, three draws), and with bragging rights at stake Michael Wilde will demand a response from his squad after they suffered a 5-1 defeat against The New Saints on Friday night.
